- take charge of my health by keeping every organ in top shape and staying active.
- ensure I have the financial resources to hire help when needed, so that emotional support remains a choice, not an obligation.
- If my loved one is enduring a long illness, it feels like a group study session for everyone involved in their life, with the central focus being them. I will keep my Karma intact and do everything in my control to not become the core topic of someone else’s group study.
- As I age, nurturing my mental well-being becomes just as crucial as maintaining my physical health. Three ways to work on my mental fitness-

- Mantra for serenity: Treat others as you wish to be treated. Speak words you would want to hear, and act in ways you would appreciate yourself.
- As long as I remain active, my vision of my future self , shapes the quality of my present. If I am fortunate enough to live a long life, there may come days when physical limitations arise. In those moments, I might be tempted to use my past as a lens to validate my present. But I must stay vigilant! I will strive not to dwell on the past for validation.
- While many wonderful people challenge my mental boundaries, only a select few push my physical endurance. Cherish these individuals and never take the goals they set for granted. Their encouragement is a gift that fuels my resilience.
- In every profession, there are good, bad, and exceptional performers. Embrace the hand you’re dealt and strive to make the most of it. The key to improving your cards lies in seeking feedback and asking the right questions.
- Hospitals are the ultimate playground for automation and artificial intelligence. Imagine robots handling all the mundane tasks while doctors and nurses focus on what they do best—showing empathy and using their domain expertise. Some day, I hope the machines take over the routine stuff, and leave the heart and soul of healthcare to the humans.
